The entries and content of LOSERS dot ORG are intended for entertainment's sake only. No malice is intended; it's all in good clean fun. The staff at LOSERS dot ORG are all losers after all, too (and in fact, we are all listed here). Besides, you're getting free publicity -- and, as the saying goes, any publicity is good publicity.

Do you think we're doing anything illegal? We aren't. Poking fun at someone is not a crime.
Do you think you have a case for libel, slander, or defamation? You don't; as our disclaimer above points out, this is all in good fun and no malice is intended.
Do you think you can dictate who links to your page and who doesn't? You don't. We're not copying copyrighted content, we're not violating any "implicit" license on the Web. You can't dictate who does and who doesn't put a link to your pages; if you can put up a public Web page, we can link to it.
Do you think that our Internet service providers will cut us off if you complain? They won't, because we aren't doing anything wrong.
Do you know what a joke is? Obviously not.
